Chelsea began her Real Estate career in 2014 in Atlanta as an executive assistant/Director of Operations for an individual agent. In January, 2022 Chelsea switched gears from the operations side of real estate and into production (assisting clients buy, sell and invest in real estate) and has served over 30 families and closed over $9.1 million in volume YTD. 

September 2022, Chelsea launched Georgia Rose Real Estate Group! Chelsea has a wonderful husband of 12 years and 2 amazing daughters (Mason Rose, 7 and Georgia Ann, 4) and their sweet Jack Russell, Harley Grace! When she isn't working, Chelsea enjoys spending her time with her family and refinishing/ painting furniture/ crafting and so much more!

Barbara has been in the industry for over 8 years and prides herself on creating a smooth customer experience. She has not only helped clients buy and sell real estate, but has also helped coach and mentor other real estate agents! In October of 2022 she joined Georgia Rose Real Estate Group to provide her clients with the best resources as they invest in their wealth and future.

In her free time, Barbara is passionate about ballroom dancing and spending time with her 4 grandchildren, Gavin, Roman, Mason Rose and Georgia! She loves her wonderful husband of over 48 years, Larry, and children Chase and Chelsea. She has a heart for service and enjoys connecting with people!

Stephanie is a proud mama of four. She believes real estate is about so much more than just houses, it’s about building community, creating connection, and serving with love. After walking through her own season of rebuilding, she knows how sacred home really is. Her heart is to help others find that space, not just a house, but a haven. 

Jesus is at the center of everything she does, and is passionate about loving people well, showing up authentically, and creating a real estate experience that feels like home from the very first conversation. She can’t wait to serve this beautiful community and help you find your place in it.

Maria began in Real Estate a year ago, serving the beautiful state of Georgia. With over 30 years of residency in Georgia, she has developed a profound understanding of the local market, its communities, and the essence of what makes this state such a wonderful place to call home. Beyond her professional role, her work in real estate is rooted in her love for Jesus Christ. She strives to serve every client with the heart of Christ—offering honesty, humility, and compassion in every step of the journey. Whether buying or selling, her desire is to honor God by helping them find a place to call home. 

She’s been happily married for 35 years and she is a proud mother of two accomplished adult sons and 3 grandchildren that she loves with all her heart and loves spending time with them! In her spare time, you can find Maria gardening and enjoying home design!

Janice is a dedicated mom of two and a passionate administrative professional. Balancing family life and her love for organization has not only strengthened her multitasking abilities but also deepened her appreciation for efficient systems and smooth workflows. She thrives in administrative roles where she can use and continuously enhance her skills, bringing order, support, and structure to any team she’s a part of. 

Whether it’s transaction coordination, email management, or coordinating behind-the-scenes details, she finds joy and purpose in helping things run seamlessly!
