Chelsea began her Real Estate career in 2014 in Atlanta as an executive assistant/Director of Operations for an individual agent. In January, 2022 Chelsea switched gears from the operations side of real estate and into production (assisting clients buy, sell and invest in real estate) and has served over 30 families and closed over $9.1 million in volume YTD. 

September 2022, Chelsea launched Georgia Rose Real Estate Group! Chelsea has a wonderful husband of 12 years and 2 amazing daughters (Mason Rose, 7 and Georgia Ann, 4) and their sweet Jack Russell, Harley Grace! When she isn't working, Chelsea enjoys spending her time with her family and refinishing/ painting furniture/ crafting and so much more!

Barbara has been in the industry for over 8 years and prides herself on creating a smooth customer experience. She has not only helped clients buy and sell real estate, but has also helped coach and mentor other real estate agents! In October of 2022 she joined Georgia Rose Real Estate Group to provide her clients with the best resources as they invest in their wealth and future.

In her free time, Barbara is passionate about ballroom dancing and spending time with her 4 grandchildren, Gavin, Roman, Mason Rose and Georgia! She loves her wonderful husband of over 48 years, Larry, and children Chase and Chelsea. She has a heart for service and enjoys connecting with people!

Stephanie is a proud mama of four. She believes real estate is about so much more than just houses, it’s about building community, creating connection, and serving with love. After walking through her own season of rebuilding, she knows how sacred home really is. Her heart is to help others find that space, not just a house, but a haven. 

Jesus is at the center of everything she does, and is passionate about loving people well, showing up authentically, and creating a real estate experience that feels like home from the very first conversation. She can’t wait to serve this beautiful community and help you find your place in it.

Demetria proudly serves as the Administrative Assistant for Georgia Rose Real Estate Group. With a heart for service and a passion for excellence, she supports the team by ensuring operations run smoothly and clients feel cared for every step of the way.

Her background in real estate, real estate administration, and client support has equipped her with strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of the transaction process. Demetria believes that serving others with integrity, compassion, and diligence is at the core of true success, and she is honored to help the team deliver an exceptional real estate experience.

Outside of the office, Demetria is a devoted wife and proud mother to one amazing daughter, along with two sweet fur babies who keep life joyful and full. A naturally creative spirit, she has a love for home staging and design, and she enjoys bringing beauty and warmth into every space she touches.
