Chelsea began her Real Estate career in 2014 in Atlanta as an executive assistant/Director of Operations for an individual agent. In January, 2022 Chelsea switched gears from the operations side of real estate and into production (assisting clients buy, sell and invest in real estate) and has served over 30 families and closed over $9.1 million in volume YTD. 

September 2022, Chelsea launched Georgia Rose Real Estate Group! Chelsea has a wonderful husband of 12 years and 2 amazing daughters (Mason Rose, 7 and Georgia Ann, 4) and their sweet Jack Russell, Harley Grace! When she isn't working, Chelsea enjoys spending her time with her family and refinishing/ painting furniture/ crafting and so much more!

Barbara has been in the industry for over 8 years and prides herself on creating a smooth customer experience. She has not only helped clients buy and sell real estate, but has also helped coach and mentor other real estate agents! In October of 2022 she joined Georgia Rose Real Estate Group to provide her clients with the best resources as they invest in their wealth and future.

In her free time, Barbara is passionate about ballroom dancing and spending time with her 4 grandchildren, Gavin, Roman, Mason Rose and Georgia! She loves her wonderful husband of over 48 years, Larry, and children Chase and Chelsea. She has a heart for service and enjoys connecting with people!

Kahdicha is a dedicated real estate professional, proud military spouse of 27 years, and mother of twin sons. Her passion for real estate began during her own relocation from North Carolina, where she discovered how meaningful it is to help others find a place to truly call home. For the past three years, she has served families, first-time homebuyers, and those relocating to Georgia with care, patience, and expertise. As a military spouse, she understands the importance of timelines, clear communication, and trusted guidance during life transitions. Demetria is a devoted wife and proud mother to an amazing daughter (Morgan,11), and a loving dog mom to two sweet fur babies (Noah, Maltizhu - 5) (North - Maltipoo, 6mo) who bring joy to her everyday life.
